GENERAL CONDITIONS

Daily arrivals and departures and minimum stay of 1 night in periods A-B. Arrivals and departures on Saturday and minimum stay 7 nights in C-D-E.

Price includes daily cleaning of apt. (kitchen cleaning and garbage removal are to be made from Guest), bed-linen and bath-towels, daily change of bath-towels, one change of bed-linen during the week, beach service
(1 beach umbrella + 1 deckchair + 1 sun bed), 1 parking place, use of swimming pool, air conditioning/heating, warm & cold water, electricity, any applicable tax.

For stay from 1to 4 days FLAT RATE: € 100,00 per day.

Check-in esclusively between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. On departure day the apartment should be left by 10 a.m. cleaned up. By the release of the keys every extra service will be immediately charged.

To be paid on arrival:

Deposit € 200,00

Baby bed: € 20,00 per stay

Small pets: € 35,00 per stay

2008 PROMOTIONS:

5% DISCOUNT for all bookings made 60 days before arrival (minimum stay 7 days)

OR

10% DISCOUNT for all bookings in all season
(minimum stay 14 days)

Promotions are not cumulable.
